10 minutes of Burpees | Video

My first workout video! Ahhhh. I. Am. So. Excited.

Aside from the shopping, shoes, bags, and dresses: exercise is a huge part of my life! I love working out just as much as I love shopping, so I thought… why not share more of what I love?!

My favorite way to sweat (Aside from my Peloton – more on that later) is running, my second favorite are handstands…and then… burpees! I know most people hate burpees, but I LOVE them. Disclaimer – when I hear someone say they love something fitness related, I know they don’t actually love it – they love beyond the movement. Do I love the act of falling down and getting back up again – repeatedly, on purpose, for no good reason? Actually NO, but there is definitely a lot more to it than that. Take a chance and let me help you love burpees like I do.

This can be a challenging workout for someone at any fitness level. I hope you enjoy the video, but more importantly I hope you get a great #sweatsesh out of it!
