How I Like to Shop… The Style Event – Shopbop Spring Sale

Seasons

Investing in quality clothing is not just a luxury (#LuxeAsh and #LuxeYOU), but a wise decision that can have long-lasting benefits for your wardrobe and personal style. As I’ve shared in the past, there are a ton of reasons for investing in quality clothing. Today I want to emphasize 3 of them with you, and share a special sale opportunity that will help you in this pursuit!

1. Durability and Longevity:

One of the most significant advantages of investing in high-quality clothing is their durability and longevity. Quality garments are made with superior materials and craftsmanship, ensuring that they will withstand the test of time. Unlike fast fashion pieces that tend to lose their shape, color, and quality after a few washes, well-made clothing retains its original form and appearance even after multiple uses. By opting for quality pieces, you can build a wardrobe that will last for years, saving you money in the long run.

2. Timeless Style:

Another benefit of investing in quality clothing is that they often feature timeless designs that transcend seasonal trends. Fast fashion items are typically created to cater to fleeting fads, which can quickly become outdated. On the other hand, quality clothing is designed with a focus on classic styles that can be worn year after year. These timeless pieces can be mixed and matched with various items in your wardrobe, ensuring that you always look stylish and put-together.

3. Enhanced Confidence:

When you wear high-quality clothing, you instantly feel more confident and self-assured. Quality garments are designed to flatter your body, fit well, and make you feel good about yourself. The attention to detail and superior craftsmanship in quality clothing can boost your confidence and leave a lasting impression on others. By investing in quality pieces, you are investing in your own self-image.

I’ve had my eye on this Hunza G lilac 2 piece, and it’s included in the sale. I bought the same swimsuit in blackย  last summer and love it! I prefer the Xandra version of the swimsuit as I feel it’s more flattering on my figure. I also like the Juno style. The Gigi style is so cute, but the straps on the top weren’t for me. Style tip – don’t buy something just because it’s popular. If it doesn’t flatter your figure, it’s not for you and that is ok! There are so many styles out there to try out, what works for one may not work for all. Here are all the colors available in the Xandra style. *The pink is actually really bright, it doesn’t look like the picture in person.

I also have these AGolde jean shorts and love them, also perfect for summer. I’m thinking about getting the regular length jean version, and also the same shorts in white.

Dresses are one of my favorite style hacks. I definitely splurge on quality dresses and never feel bad. I wear them to so many different occasions and love dressing them up or down, or depending on the weather – add a boot, jacket, or none at all! Shoshanna has become my go to brand for classic dresses the last few years. This one here – a favorite! And this lilac one I bought for Easter last year, another favorite! So of course, I have my eye on another Shoshanna dress and I was so excited to see it is part of the sale too. The fabric is so flattering, easy to keep clean, and LUXE!

And here are a few other items I’ve got my eye on. The barefoot dreams robe, a neutral Tory Burch bag, these comfy slouchy light wash jean/sweats, neutral slides, cozy summer pjs, and a fun jean jumpsuit that may be horrible or great!

I always feel better buying higher priced items with a discount, and don’t forget if you don’t love something you don’t have to keep it! Returns to Shopbop are super easy and quick.
