There’s something about the start of a new year that always feels like a deep breath. Not a rush. Not a reinvention. Just a quiet moment to check in, take stock, and move forward with intention.
As I step into 2026, I’m doing so from a place that feels steadier, stronger, and more aligned than ever before.
Over the past year, I’ve been immersed in movement, not just teaching Lagree and Pilates at Ember and Frost, but truly living it. Training, refining, learning, listening to my body, and reconnecting with why I fell in love with working out and movement in the first place. Movement has always been more than a workout for me; it’s been a way back to myself. A way to build trust with my body, cultivate longevity, and honor both strength and softness.
A meaningful part of getting to this place was my time in New Orleans over the summer. Stepping into a different rhythm of life, immersing myself in the city’s energy, and spending long days at the gorgeous Romney Studio gave me space to observe, learn, and imagine. New Orleans reminded me that how we live matters just as much as how we work, and that when you slow down enough to listen, clarity follows. That chapter helped refine my vision and reconnect me to the bigger picture of why movement matters to me.
Lately, life has felt beautifully full in quieter ways. Consistent routines. Meaningful conversations. Time spent creating instead of consuming. I’ve been laying foundations, some visible, some behind the scenes, and allowing things to unfold at a pace that actually feels sustainable.
Looking ahead, this year is about expansion with intention, and even more alignment.
More teaching. More writing. More sharing the things I care about: longevity-focused fitness, thoughtful movement, feeling strong and supported in your body, and style. I’m building a life that feels luxurious not only because of how it looks, but because of how it feels. I’m still #LuxeAsh
A new dream of mine is to create a space to house all my favorite things, an expansion of what I’ve already begun here. That vision is growing, and so am I. This post is part of that expansion. This is still a place to share what I’m loving, but also what I’m learning, what I’m cooking, how I’m moving, and what’s inspiring me along the way. No pressure. Just presence.
If you’re reading this, thank you for being here, whether you’ve followed along for years or you’re just finding your way now. I’m excited for what this year holds, and even more excited to move through it with clarity, strength, and a little luxury healing energy sprinkled in.
Here’s to 2026, grounded, intentional, full of possibility, and like my favorite leggings, perfectly aligned.
